Cookie and Storage Policy
GoFlexConnect uses browser and device storage to provide account sign-in, protect the service, remember settings, and support offline survey work. This page explains the technologies identified in our current product review.
What we use
- Strictly necessary service storage: authentication/session mechanisms and security controls used by the account and hosting providers.
- App storage: local browser storage and IndexedDB may hold preferences, drafts, projects, floor plans, photos, and measurements so field work can continue offline. On Android, project data is stored on the device by default.
- Preference storage: the app may remember choices such as backup settings and display preferences.
Analytics and advertising
Our current review did not identify an analytics or advertising tracker on the public GoFlexConnect website. We do not currently use optional marketing cookies there. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide the choice required for the visitor’s location before activating non-essential tracking.
Your controls
You can manage or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling the Android app may permanently remove project data that has not been backed up. For data questions, contact support@goflexconnect.com.
