GoFlexConnect is a cellular survey and analysis application operated by Go FlexCloud, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and authentication details needed to create and secure an account.
- Survey information: projects, floor plans, photographs, measurements, device information, location data, carrier information, and reports that you choose to upload or create.
- Usage and support information: app activity needed to provide limits, reliability, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and support.
- Device and local information: information stored locally by the web or mobile app, such as preferences, drafts, and offline survey data.
Resource downloads
If you request the GoFlexConnect field-guide PDF, we collect your name and email address, and the company name if you choose to provide it, to record and fulfill the download request. Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default, and is not required to receive the PDF. The download link expires after a short period. The PDF is held in private file storage. Contact support to ask about access or deletion of a download request.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide survey and reporting features, support selected web services, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, fulfill resource downloads, communicate about support or account matters, and improve GoFlexConnect. Android project and measurement records are stored locally on the device by default and do not automatically sync to cloud storage. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
GoFlexConnect uses third-party infrastructure providers for authentication, database services, private file storage, hosting, email, and payment processing when those features are enabled. Access to private project files is controlled by account permissions and expiring links where applicable.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential session and security technologies, plus local storage and IndexedDB for preferences and offline app data. Our current review did not identify analytics or advertising trackers on the public website. See our Cookie and Storage Policy for details. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update our notices and provide required choices before it is activated.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
We retain account and project information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting support@goflexconnect.com.

Security
