GoFlexConnect is a cellular survey and analysis application operated by GoFlex Cloud LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

- Account information: email address and authentication details needed to create and secure an account.
- Survey information: projects, floor plans, photographs, measurements, device information, location data, carrier information, and reports that you choose to upload or create.
- Usage and support information: app activity needed to provide limits, reliability, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and support.
- Device and local information: information stored locally by the web or mobile app, such as preferences, drafts, and offline survey data.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide survey and reporting features, synchronize projects, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, communicate about support or account matters, and improve GoFlexConnect. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
GoFlexConnect uses third-party infrastructure providers for authentication, database services, private file storage, hosting, email, and payment processing when those features are enabled. Access to private project files is controlled by account permissions and expiring links where applicable.
