Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GoFlexConnect, a cellular survey, measurement, visualization, and reporting service operated by Go FlexCloud, LLC.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use GoFlexConnect only in compliance with applicable law and your organization’s policies. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of project data, floor plans, photographs, measurements, and reports you submit. You grant GoFlexConnect the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and return that content as part of providing the service.
Reports and measurements
GoFlexConnect provides tools for field measurement and analysis. Results depend on the device, environment, network, survey method, and data supplied. Reports are provided as decision-support material and are not a substitute for required professional engineering review, safety procedures, or regulatory compliance.
Plans, subscriptions, and payment
Features and limits vary by plan. Paid plans are billed as a subscription, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. All payments are non-refundable.
Prices are in USD and are subject to change. We will give advance notice of any price change, and a change will not affect your current billing period. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Preliminary data
GoFlexConnect provides preliminary field data collected from a phone’s cellular modem and GPS. It does not replace certified RF test equipment or engineering tools such as iBwave, and it is not a certified survey or engineering deliverable. Use it for preliminary planning and decision support only.
Availability and termination
We work to keep GoFlexConnect available, but maintenance, outages, and events outside our control can occur. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
