These terms govern your use of GoFlexConnect, a cellular survey, measurement, visualization, and reporting service operated by GoFlex Cloud LLC.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use GoFlexConnect only in compliance with applicable law and your organization’s policies. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of project data, floor plans, photographs, measurements, and reports you submit. You grant GoFlexConnect the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and return that content as part of providing the service.
Reports and measurements
GoFlexConnect provides tools for field measurement and analysis. Results depend on the device, environment, network, survey method, and data supplied. Reports are provided as decision-support material and are not a substitute for required professional engineering review, safety procedures, or regulatory compliance.
Plans, trials, and payment
Features and limits may vary by plan. If paid plans are enabled for your account, pricing, billing timing, cancellation, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. We may change plans prospectively with reasonable notice.
Availability and termination
We work to keep GoFlexConnect available, but maintenance, outages, and events outside our control can occur. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
